THE HEARTMASTERY SHOP

A LA CARTE COURSES:
- The 8 Core Courses are to be taken in the order listed in the Shop under A La Carte courses, beginning with the Shift to the Heart course. For course descriptions of each of the topics in the 5 class videos in each Course, go to http://heartmastery.com/shop
- Each Course has 5 hour-long webinar videos, each with a printable Workbook and Tool Card.
- There are also 4 Group Coaching Calls either live or recorded, to anchor and expand the learning, ask questions and practice the tools.
- All course materials (video MP4s, audio MP3s and printable PDF files) are also mobile friendly and downloadable for you to keep forever. You have 60 days from the day of registration to view and/or download them.
- 60 days of Daily HeartStart Calls is a bonus included in each course for group practice of the tools in various combinations and applications.
- After the core courses are completed, a library of previously recorded Electives courses is available.
DAILY HEARTSTART CALLS:
- Live calls Monday through Friday from 8:30am to about 9:00am Pacific Time and a vast archive of previously recorded calls.

- If purchased separately from a course, only as a subscription, the subscription will renew and charge monthly until you cancel it (like a newspaper or magazine subscription)
MENTORING CALLS: (Available only to Licensed HeartMath® Providers, Trainers or Coaches)
- Licensed HeartMath professionals come together with their peers in an open forum with our team of experts to ask questions and share about any aspect of their HeartMath personal and professional work.
- A monthly subscription of weekly 60 minute live calls includes access to a vast archive of those recordings played streaming from your computer. Held Tuesdays at 12 noon Pacific Time.
- If members cannot attend, questions and topics can be submitted for discussion, recording and playback.
HEART EMPOWERMENT® MEMBERSHIP SUBSRIPTION: ALL OF THE ABOVE AND MORE!
- The monthly Heart Empowerment subscription includes access to all Courses, Daily HeartStart Calls, Mentoring Calls (if you are a Licensed HeartMath Professional), PLUS a weekly Heart Empowerment Members Call for group coaching, special interviews and Heart Empowerment like-minded community, and pairing with a HeartBuddy.
- It is a year-long subscription which can be cancelled earlier with a $297 early termination fee.
MONTHLY PRIVATE COACHING
- This monthly subscription for 30-minute or 60-minute private coaching sessions is with a Licensed HeartMath 1:1 Provider Coach who has also completed a year of Heart Empowerment.
TECHNOLOGY: INNER BALANCE and EMWAVE DEVICES and PROGRAMS
- Technology purchase is not required to participate in HeartMastery. The devices can help give you focus and feedback on your coherence level while you practice the tools you learn in HeartMastery.

ABOUT THE COURSES
WHICH COURSE SHOULD I REGISTER FOR?
- Because the tools in each course build on each other, they need to be taken sequentially, beginning with the Shift to the Heart Course, then Intermediate, Advanced, Heart Blueprints, Graduate Tools 1 and 2, Relationship Mastery 1 and 2 before taking Living From the Heart. Elective courses are available after that.
- Exception: If you are a graduate of another HeartMath program (offered through a HeartMath corporate, healthcare or 1:1 coaching program or Shift Network HeartMath course) you will be eligible to enter at the Advanced Course level because you will have already learned the tools in the Shift to the Heart and Intermediate Courses.
WHERE DO I FIND THE SCHEDULE AND NUMBERS OF UPCOMING LIVE CALLS?
- By clicking EVENTS on the gold navigation bar at the top of each page of www.HeartMastery.com
- To also see the call numbers you need to be logged in. Then in EVENTS click on any calendared call to see the dial-in, replay and access codes numbers you are registered for in a pop-up window.
- When you register for a Course you should receive a welcome email and weekly follow up emails with call reminders and phone numbers from email@example.com
- Near the end of each month Heart Empowerment members receive an email with a summary of all the calls and numbers for the next month, all in one email.
HOW CAN I GET THE MOST OUT OF MY COURSE?
- You will find step by step instructions with pictures in your “Welcome” email for a new Course.

- When you log in if you can’t see your course webinar video, click on your course under the Core Course Menu on the far right of your Home page after you log in.
- To see each of the 5 webinar video classes of your Course, scroll down the course page.
- Before watching each video, save and print out your Workbook and Tool Card to have with you for notes and exercises and tool practice.

WHAT IF I DON’T KNOW MY PASSWORD OR USER NAME FOR LOG IN?
- For username you can enter your username or your email address
- Click the “Forgotten password or username” tab and once you successfully enter the Captcha code to prove you are a real user (for our site security), a temporary password will be sent to the email address entered in username and you can reset to the password of your choice in My Account.
TIPS FOR DOWNLOADING COURSE MATERIALS
- First create HeartMastery Course folders in your computer or mobile device library for your Workbook PDF files in Documents, Mp4 files in Video, and mp3 files in Music so they are easy to find and enjoy later.
- Downloading audio files requires software that is capable of playing MP3 audio files.
- Downloading video files requires software that is capable of playing MP4 video files.
- If you have never downloaded materials before, your particular combination of operating system and web browser versions may affect how you download. You may find help tailored to your unique situation from an internet search, or those friends or professionals knowledgeable about your set up.
- For Mac users: A Mac uses the same instructions listed below the webinar except when you right click on the Mac you hit the "control" button while also clicking the mouse to get the option to "save as" and the identify the file where you want it to save.
- Download one webinar at a time as they are large files that can take quite a while, depending on your connection. If you are downloading multiple webinars at one time and your HeartMastery account freezes with the "connecting" message stuck and you can't log out, here are some steps to take:
- Go to browser like Firefox in the "tool" section and cancel all but one of the downloads. That frees up the website connection and you should be able to log out and then back in.

WHAT IF I AM STREAMING A WEBINAR VIDEO ONLINE AND IT GETS STUCK?
- It is a very rare occasion for a computer player to get stuck while playing a webinar video, and fast forwarding and reversing the player frequently.
Just click PAUSE to stop the webinar session, LOG OUT of your HeartMastery account (and any other sites or applications), and then turn your computer completely OFF for a minute. That will close and clear the memory of your computer playing program that was stuck. Then turn your computer back ON and again and LOG IN to your account at HeartMastery. When you PLAY the webinar again, it should play well. Allow time for buffering up to the place where you left off so you can fast forward to that place and enjoy the rest of the webinar :-)
