$157 This consult is with a licensed health care provider working with labtests@fyera.com. Any recommended herbs or supplements are not included in the consult fee.
To order your lab tests: Send an email to labtest@fyera.com and state which option from the two listed above you would like and your contact information. You will be contacted to finalize your order and have a kit sent to you.
The home lab test kit includes all instructions and materials to collect your own urine and saliva at home. You then ship the collection materials to Pharmasan Labs. The licensed healthcare practitioner who ordered your kit will send you the results. The tests reflect your free DHEA levels and cortisol levels.
You can take your lab results to your own primary care physician for additional recommendations.
A single lab test allows you a snapshot of your free DHEA and cortisol baseline levels. We recommend taking that snapshot before you begin the HeartMastery program or other lifestyle-changing programs. Establishing your personal baseline of selected hormonal levels allows you to track your changes that occur during and following the HeartMastery program. Subsequent testing allows you to track your changes every 12 weeks (series of four above).

$125 cash price + $39 processing fee (insurance option available through Pharmasan Labs).
Will my insurance pay for the lab tests?
Pharmasan Labs is an in-network provider for several major insurance companies. They will process samples and seek reimbursement from insurance companies on an individual’s behalf, if copies of insurance information are included with the test kit.
How do I get my results?
You can choose to have your results by phone, mail or email.
Why would I want to order a series of four lab tests instead of just one?
The price per kit for processing and results is considerably lower when you order four at a time. More importantly, multiple tests can be compared to track changes in hormone levels.
