Q: Why did you join the HeartMastery Heart Empowerment Program?
A: I joined HeartMastery because I was at a place in my life when everything was becoming too overwhelming and I was constantly exhausted and feeling like I couldn't find the joy in life and it was taking a physical toll that I couldn't keep up with.

A: I hoped to learn how to really love life.
